What Happens After a Client Dies?
You help a client manage their financial affairs for years, and then suddenly, they’re not there anymore to give you authority regarding their accounts. Come visit with one of our attorneys who specializes in probate and estate administration to get a feel for how your client’s assets should be managed after death. Discussions will include who has authority over their accounts if they died with a will, a revocable living trust, or no estate planning documents at all, and how you can help the beneficiaries smoothly and easily make the transition.
